What makes I.M Stardust different from most crystal seller?
I.M Stardust sets itself apart by offering a handpicked selection of crystals, most of them are chosen and curated directly from their country of origin. Our crystals features collectable pieces and are natural with little to no work done to them. The energy that these crystals send out is phenomenal.
What process does the crystal go through at I.M Stardust before I purchase them?
We get extremely busy from the moment we first receive the beautiful crystals from our suppliers. First we do a lot of unwrapping, physically cleansing and wiping them of their dirt and dust. They are already gently and professionally cleansed of the earth by our expert suppliers but we enjoy refreshing the crystals when we first received them. During this cleansing, we inspect, examine and admire every piece.
Then, we do an energetic cleanse either by sound therapy or smudging, whatever method that calls out to us at that point of time. After that, each piece will be labeled or given an ID number, ID care cards will also be created for some exclusive pieces (This will be your unique crystal with its own ID number).
Last but not least, it's photoshoot time to show off the beauty of each and every piece! After the photoshoot, we place the pieces with complementary or harmonious energies together near selenite or satin spar to continue cleansing and charging them.
And that's it, they sit there happily waiting for that right soulful seeker to pick them up while getting tender loving care from us every now and then.
Orders and Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
I.M Stardust processes all orders from our Singapore office within 1-3 business days under normal circumstances. However, we seek your understanding that orders may take up to 7 working days to process during festive season or periods with high sales volume.
Depending on your location and the shipping option you choose, delivery times may vary. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped and you can use to track your package.
How much is delivery within Singapore?
Local Singapore delivery is at a flat rate of SGD 6 and FREE with purchases above SGD 80.
Do you offer International Shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. If you cannot find shipping option for your country during checkout, please contact us to check if shipping is possible to your country. All international orders weighing under 2kg will be shipped with registered air mail. International orders weighing above 2kg will be quoted and shipped by other shipping carriers after the order is packed. Shipping times and fees may vary depending on the destination.

How much is International Shipping?
We ship all international orders weighing under 2kg with *Registered air mail. Registered Service is a trackable service with proof of delivery in most international destinations. This is an economical and reliable international shipping.
International orders weighing above 2kg will be quoted and shipped by other shipping carriers after the order is packed. Shipping fees may vary depending on the destination.

*Registered Service does not provide detailed online tracking capability. It is not mandatory for registered mail items to be scanned at every stage of the delivery process be it for local or overseas delivery.
For Registered Service to overseas, the scan events may differ from post to post. A scan event will be shown if and when they are provided by the Overseas Postal Administrations. For countries with no online tracking updates, a check will be conducted with the Overseas Postal Administrations on the status if the addressee did not receive the item after a stipulated time. Under the international postal agreement, Overseas Postal Administrations may take up to 60 days to reply.

Are crystals from I.M Stardust ethically sourced?
Yes, I.M Stardust ensures that all of the crystals are ethically sourced and are obtained from reputable suppliers. We prioritize ethical sourcing with good mining, labour practices and sustainability practices.
Where are your crystals from?
Our crystals come from all over the world, mostly Brazil and South Africa, curated from experts who have at least a decade of experience in this industry. For specific location of each crystal, you can check out the location information under the product description.
Will the crystals I receive look the same as the pictures?
Absolutely, other than "Intuitive Pick" or "Sets", our pictures feature our actual pieces on hand. Nature created them to be unique to its own, so no two crystal pieces are exactly alike.
For "Intuitive Pick", tumbles and "Sets", we had already handpicked the *cream of the crop* pieces for sale, so the piece which you receive will have the same quality to the pictures, even though the colour, shape and size might vary a little. We also separate pieces if they have a huge difference in colours or size, so you can pick the type that you feel most connected to. An example is our cherry blossom agate tumbles, we have very green pieces vs milky beige pieces. Both are beautiful and it is up to your personal preferences to pick the piece you like.
Why are there cracks on the crystals?
Crystals are created by nature and they can naturally develop cracks during their growth. This phenomenon is normal and expected in many crystal specimens, even in polished pieces. It does not mean that the item you received is damaged or defective. The cracks are simply part of the natural growth process of the crystal. In fact, many people consider cracks to be a desirable feature of a crystal, as they can add character and uniqueness to the specimen. So rest assured that your crystal is still beautiful, and its metaphysical properties are not affected by the presence of cracks. Tiny bits of crystals fell off from my crystal cluster
Some raw crystals like Clusters, Kyanite, Malachite and etc. are naturally delicate and brittle due to their natural formation. They are prone to tiny tiny bits of crystal loosening from the cluster during handling even with careful protective packaging. Please be assured that this do not indicate that the crystal received is damaged and it does not affect the overall beauty or energetics of the crystal.

How do I know if a crystal is right for me?

Can crystals replace medical treatment?

How do I care for my crystal?

What is your Return Policy?
At I.M Stardust, our utmost aim is to ensure the complete satisfaction of each customer with our service. We strive for you to be fully pleased with your online purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the option to return it for a refund. Please note that customized items, sales, discounted items are final and non-refundable. For International orders, delivery charge, customs duties, sales taxes, admin charges are non-refundable. Other than that, we offer product refunds in the form of store credits.
How to initiate a refund?
Returning or exchanging your purchase is a straightforward process. Kindly notify us of your intention to return the item by using the contact form within 7 days of receiving your order. Please remember to include the Order reference number in your message. Once you submit the notification, we will promptly send you an email confirmation to acknowledge the notification. This confirmation email will also indicate whether your return notification falls within the 7-day timeframe.
Once you have received our confirmation with our return address, please pack the crystals securely in their original packaging, along with their crystal ID care card (if any), and send it back to us. The return parcel should reach us within 30 days from our confirmation. Please ensure to provide a contact number and your email address when initiating the return. This will enable us to reach out to you regarding the return process if necessary.
Kindly note that parcels are returned at your own cost. For added security and peace of mind, we strongly advise utilizing a trackable and signed-for service from the Postal Service, as we can assume responsibility for your parcel only upon its arrival at our warehouse. Please be aware that any items lost during transit will not be considered as returned.
How long does it take to process my return?
Upon receiving your parcel, our team will promptly send you a parcel receipt email to confirm its successful receipt. Then, please allow for a processing time of up to 10 working days to process your return. It is important to note that returns are handled in the order they are received.
Upon processing your return, we will send you a refund confirmation email. The refund will be issued in the form of store credits.
If, for any reason, you have not receive our refund confirmation after 10 working days of receiving the parcel receipt email, we kindly ask you to get in touch with us for further assistance.
